Foenix Coding Limited are a UK based company. All the members of our organisation are ex Sauven Marking Limited employees. We have brought with us all our skills, experience, knowledge, expertise and, more importantly, our enthusiasm into this new venture. THE SAUVEN TEAM ARE BACK TOGETHER. If you have any questions relating to Sauven Marking equipment, we would like to hear from you as some third parties are unable to repair Sauven printers with the unique parts. A member of staff at Foenix Coding possibly sold, built, tested, serviced, repaired that printer – for those reasons – we can and want to repair it to ensure your production lines run smoothly. We, at Foenix Coding, want to ensure your printers keep running until YOU decide to change. We would be happy to provide you with information on our new range of high resolution ink jet printers that are direct replacements for the Sauven Marking products. If you are looking for consumables for the ink jet range or the contact coders then we can also provide these.

We had some brilliant conversations about real lines: what people are coding, what keeps going wrong, and what's coming next with 2D codes.

We’ve spent the morning talking with manufacturers about the real challenges behind coding and marking. Reliability, ease of use, downtime, integration… and how to make the whole process less complicated.

Buying the machine is only one part of the job.

What happens afterwards matters just as much.

Installation. Setup. Maintenance. Support when something goes wrong. Someone who understands the system and can help keep the line moving.

That is why we think of support as part of the product, not something added on later.

Because when coding and marking sits inside a live production environment, uptime matters.

And knowing there is someone there when you need them matters too.

Being named a finalist in the Automate UK Awards 2026 is a lovely moment for the business… but for us, it still comes back to doing the day-to-day job properly for the people who rely on our systems.

PPMA Show 2026 starts tomorrow.

And this feels like a good moment to look back at where some of the thinking behind the FX ONE began.

The Sauven Codajet 6000 was built around a few simple ideas: reliability, low maintenance, simplicity and low cost per print.

The FX ONE Remote carries that same philosophy forward, but with the technology modern production now expects... better connectivity, centralised message control, modern graphics and greater print capability.

Same spirit. A different generation.

Sustainability in production is often talked about in very big terms.

But some of the gains come from much smaller changes.

Using fewer consumables. Reducing waste. Printing only what is needed. Keeping equipment running efficiently for longer.

None of these things sounds dramatic on its own.

Together, they start to matter.

That thinking sits behind the way we design our coding and marking systems… practical improvements that help production work better, while reducing unnecessary waste along the way.

We are proud that this approach has helped Foenix Coding become a finalist in the Environmental Initiative of the Year category at the Show Automate UK Awards 2026.

A code is a small part of the production line.

Until it is wrong.

Then it becomes a quality issue, a traceability issue, a downtime issue… sometimes all three at once.

Two shortlist places. Two very different categories.

That is probably what makes this year’s Automate UK Awards recognition mean the most to us.

One nomination is for environmental impact.
The other is for robotic automation.

Different challenges... but both come back to the same question:

How can we make industrial coding work better on a real production line?

🌱 Less waste.
🌱 Less maintenance.
🌱 Better integration.
🌱 Technology that earns its place rather than adding another layer of complexity.

That is the work behind the awards.

And with the PPMA Show just a couple of weeks away, we’ll be bringing that same thinking to Stand B74.
