Eau de la vie, the water of life. 💧
One of the things we love most about being on the North Devon coast is the sound of water all around us. Waves lapping in the harbour. The East Lyn River rushing its way to the sea. A storm or two (or three) rolling in across the Bristol Channel.⛈️

Being near water settles you almost instantly. Maybe it’s because we’re around 70% water ourselves. Or maybe there’s more to it.

Nikola Tesla believed nature carries ‘scalar energy’ that helps regulate us — something we feel, even if we can’t quite prove it.
