We’re not perfect and to be honest no place is, but the number of 5* reviews is really pleasing and together with our high ratings on booking.com and google maps gives confidence that you’re booking somewhere that has a fantastic location, is cared for and well equipped. Yes, sometimes things break/get wear and tear and we will always try and fix asap!
