We are currently aware of a drainage issue on the Park regarding the drains.

We are actively working with contractors and Anglian Water to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

⚠️Electrical Fault⚠️
We are aware of an electrical fault affecting the local area, which is actively being remedied by National Grid.

As a result, this is causing temporary issues with our phone lines and also the Park WiFi.

The latest update from National Grid confirms they estimate to have this matter repaired by 3.00pm.

We thank you for your patience, in these unforeseen circumstances.

*Polite Notice*

Following a short power cut this morning, Thursday 13th February 2025, this has resulted in loss of power to a street light on the Park.

Consequently, this has caused an issue with some areas of the Park WiFi, provided by LPIS and affecting the street lighting near caravans L 46 - L 57.

We have appointed Electrical Contractors who will endeavour to have this unforeseen fault repaired by close of business tomorrow - Friday 14th February 2025.

We will provide further update, as soon as this matter has been rectified.

As a gentle reminder we write to advise that if you intend to enter a payment plan for your 2025 Lease Fees and Service Charge Invoice, you will need to have made the first payment by the end of January and received formal confirmation from us that a payment plan is agreed.

A payment plan allows you to determine the amount you pay per month and each month thereon. The payments may be spread over a maximum of 12 months.

On 1st February 2025, if the first payment has not been made and a payment plan has not been agreed then the full years fees will become due. The payment gateway will be set to reflect your payment requirement. We also remind you that if a debt remains in relation to previous years that does not form part of a pre-agreed payment plan then the facility to make your annual payments by instalments will not be available.

Please remember that the only waste permitted in our bin bays is general household waste and no items other than this should be left in the vicinity of the bin bays.

Other waste can be taken to your local recycling centre, located at Louth or Skegness.

This is to keep our Park looking neat and tidy and is also to comply with Health and Safety and Council regulations.
