✨⭐️Charity begins at home⭐️✨

We try through out the year to offer stays, or support in any way we can charities both local and national - it’s so important to be able to give back. We recently received a lovely note from a guest who won a stay at an auction in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK.

This is a really special charity to us for many reasons but one specific reason is because it was the cancer that cruelly took one of our close friends fathers and for this reason, we’re running a half marathon in two weeks - there has been endless runs in sweaty heat, we’ve even had to get a new running buggy for our chief coach!

Any and all donations would be greatly received and will be rewarded with endless sweaty selfies at the finish line.

I remember telling someone in a meeting once about the struggles our community faces because of its ‘seasonal economy’ and they looked at my like I had two heads. The idea that everything goes from thriving to being empty overnight just seemed too bizarre to them, yet it is the reality on our coast.

It is totally crazy, because there is so much going on all year. We live in such a beautiful part of the country - have you ever walked through the wolds on an autumn day? Or been on a blustery winter walk, ending at Mablethorpe Ice Cream crumble counter? Not to mention the other phenomenal local produce and small restaurants dotted around.

Lincolnshire has so much to offer, not just in summer but all year.
