It’s not just the planning that matters 🤍

It’s knowing that if something unexpected happens while you’re away, you’re not left to deal with it alone

This summer I’ve helped clients with missing baggage, cancelled ferries in Greece and Indonesia, delayed flights and missed connections and flights cancelled due to volcanic activity and air traffic control

And sometimes it’s something much smaller — like helping reunite a little girl with her teddy after it was accidentally left in a transfer vehicle 🧸🤍

These are the moments that remind me why I do what I do

Because booking your holiday is only part of the service

It’s knowing that I’m here, at the end of the phone, when you need me

That’s the reassurance, support and peace of mind that comes with booking with someone you trust ✈️🌍🤍

These gorgeous flowers and pamper set arrived today from clients I was looking after in Thailand and they completely made my day 💐❤️

When the news about the Middle East crisis broke last week, my first thought was of my clients who were due to fly home via the region. I contacted them straight away, extended their hotel stay so they were safe and comfortable, and started searching for alternative flights that avoided the affected airspace

After hours of checking and rechecking routes and availability, I finally secured two seats on a flight home. I called them at 2am local time with the news they had been waiting for: they were getting home that day

This is the difference between booking a trip and having someone in your corner when things do not go to plan
No call centres
No waiting for office hours
Just one person who is there when you need them most

I have been working continuously behind the scenes to support my customers affected by the evolving situation in the Middle East, including helping those with cancelled flights and disrupted travel get safely home

I am now also reviewing all imminent departures so that anyone due to travel in the coming days and weeks has clear advice, up to date information and a plan that feels right for them
