The maths just ain’t mathing! 🥛🤯

Empty bottles are becoming a persistent Monday problem! Basically, we’re collecting a week’s worth of empties in one go — and it’s getting somewhat out of hand!

This morning, we took out 10 extra baskets (that’s space for 200 additional bottles)… and STILL filled them all — plus some! 😳 We even had to leave some bottles behind. Tragic. Devastating. We’re not okay... 🤣

And to the customers who get 2 bottles a week but somehow manage to stash 20 before putting them out — you know who you are! 👀 Please, please help us out and put your empties out for collection twice a week (on your delivery days).

We need those bottles back regularly to keep everything running smoothly — and to keep the milk flowing! 🥛

For the FOURTH time, we’re on the hunt for someone who isn’t afraid of good old-fashioned hard work. Seems a rare breed these days!

💰 £175 per shift – go ahead, find us a similar vacancy locally that pays this well. We’ll wait… ⏳

We need to come clean… our landline isn’t exactly the hotline to customer service you might hope for! In all honesty, we don’t have someone sitting by the phone—it's mostly used for orders and amendments.

Lately, we’ve noticed some of you calling multiple times, hoping for an answer. The reality? 99 times out of 100, there’s nobody there to pick up! 😅 We don’t have a fancy call centre with hold music and an automated voice saying, "Your call is very important to us". It’s just us, running around getting things done!

But don’t worry—if you leave us a message, we will get back to you as soon as we can. So save yourself the repeat dials, drop us a message, and we’ll sort you out! 👍 Thanks for your patience! 💙
