Doesn’t it feel like Spring is just around the corner?🌻🌱 look at those beautiful skies this week!

Our little cottage will be open again to visitors as of April 12th.

We’ve updated our bookings and made sure all those that had booked and unable to attend, have now got a booking they can look forward to. Sadly some of our guest from abroad are no longer able to come which means the whole of August has now been opened up. There is so much to offer in the local area and this could be a perfect post- lockdown getaway. Book now to avoid being disappointed.

Goldhanger is looking beautiful at the moment - the sun has been shining and people are making the most of the lovely weather by swimming, sailing and kayaking in the estuary.

Although winter is well and truly here - isn't there something lovely about a crisp walk and coming back to a warm and cosy fire? Well our little cottage has a lovely little wood burner that that makes the whole house a perfect snuggly getaway.

Did you know that we sometimes run craft workshops at Beehive Cottage. This week we have another willow weaving workshop running but we have also sewing, printing and felting workshops lined up. Our little cottage is based in a beautiful village, situated 4.3 miles from Maldon. There is so much to see and do in Maldon from trips on the famous barges, to a splash park, open cinemas, the Maeldune centre and Moot Hall, even a military museum... the list just goes on, and fun for all ages! It is such a lovely place to live!
