New Quality Control Inspector on duty!
We like to ensure that Pheasant's Roost and Rose Cottage are spotless, and I'd like to say that I'm training the next generation to do the same, but I'd be lying 😂😂😂.
As we live on site, my granddaughter came over to the shepherd's hut with her Pops to see where Nana was, and decided to explore the cupboards under the bed. One of the lovely things about working for yourselves is that we can be flexible and spend more time with the little people. They don't stay little for long! This one is an absolute character and highly entertaining 🥰

Upcoming midweek May availability at Pheasant's Roost Shepherd's Hut near Malton in North Yorkshire from £222 for 2 adults and up to 2 dogs (logs for hot tub included for 2 nights)

Weds 5th for 2 or 3 nights
Tues 12th for 2 nights
Any 2 nights or more from Sun 17th to Thurs 21st
Any 2 nights or more from Sun 24th to Thurs 28th

Why not take a couple of nights annual leave and have a cheeky midweek break? Now is a great time of year to pour yourself a glass of something nice and relax in the wood fired hot tub. Maybe put some burgers on the bbq and light fire-pit, too?.

Availability at our en-suite Pheasant's Roost Shepherd's Hut from this Sunday and next week. Prices (from £219) include logs to preheat the wood fired hot tub, 2 adults and up to 2 dogs. Preheating service available for the first night as an optional extra.
Lots of country dog walks from our door, shop and 2 pubs 10 mins walk. Malton festival this weekend. Great touring base for North Yorks Moors, Whitby, Scarborough and York

As it's still International Women's Day for another 4 hours I thought I'd highlight how many women led businesses there are in tourism, especially those of us running self-catering properties.
