本會理事會創會成員中，有人居於曼徹斯特超過30年丶來自各行各業， 有多年社區組織經驗；亦有人近月才由香港移居英國，因此本理事會既了解曼徹斯特各方面的實際情況，同時亦了解移居曼徹斯特的香港人需要。

Manchester Hongkonger Association is a non-profit community organisation, focusing on connecting Manchester HongKongers who share the same belief in Hong Kong’s core value in liberty, freedom, multielement and quality, to help each other through our organisation. The founders of our organisation came

from various walks of life, from stayed here for more than 30 years to HongKonger who moved to Manchester lately, from different professionals to community organisation experience.
