We are hiring experienced skippers to join the team for the summer season ⛵️
This role is ideal for confident and experienced skippers who enjoy working in a social, fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating a great experience for guests on and off the water. You’ll be responsible for safely operating the sailing boats throughout the week, supporting flotilla crews where needed, assisting with manoeuvres and helping contribute to the overall atmosphere of the trip.
We’re looking for individuals with strong sailing knowledge, great communication skills and a calm, approachable attitude. Previous flotilla or charter experience is preferred, alongside the ability to work well within a team and adapt to the day-to-day nature of life in resort.
