"Just back from sailing on Holland America's Oosterdam—here's my honest take. We really loved the relaxed vibe, great food, and excellent service. The ship never felt crowded, there were always plenty of sunbeds, and the crew were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and always smiling. Food was exceptional throughout, and although entertainment was good, it wasn't the big production style you see on newer ships. That said, it fit the chilled atmosphere. The casino onboard was a hive of activity and always busy. I wouldn't hesitate to sail on her again, especially for the food, service, and relaxing pace. If you're seeking a more traditional cruise style, it's a lovely option.

Great day exploring Gibraltar...went into St Michael's Cave..Millions of years of history come to life here through massive stalactites and the incredible "The Awakening" light and sound show. It even houses a massive natural concert auditorium inside! Bonus was getting to see 'The Cheeky Monkies'.
