We are receiving lot of questions regarding our requests for you to provide a handstand picture. Please be aware that being able to handstand is a prequisite to being allowed into the water with our dive team. Much of our work is carried out in an inverted position on the seabed and therefore the ability to handstand is essential.

We have new roles available for all coded welders. Diving roles are based in our aquatic depot at the bottom of the North Sea and office roles are based in our offices in New York, Tokyo, Paris and Leigh. Please message your applications across to the SDW team and a member of our managerial team will get back to you. Please note if you are based abroad you may be required to provide picture evidence of your achievements before a role can be offered. This will be clarified during your application. Good luck.

Speedy recovery to josh our top welder who sadly lost his leg in a freak accident last week, nothing to do with scuba diving he drank to much whiskey and tried to fight our pet tiger we keep on the boat. Hope he is well. Benji the tiger sends his apologies.

Glad to be back at Scuba Diver Welder after the octopus attack. The doctor says I can still weld with one testicle which is good. Plus there's less chance of me getting Mandy the cleaner pregnant now. Onwards and upwards. Love JB
