A lovely email just received….

Hi Adrian,

Trying to come down to earth today after a wonderful pilgrimage to Lourdes!
Everything about it from start to finish was just perfect.
People who had been with us previously said it was definitely the best one ever!
As too was the weather!

The Eliseo was a big hit. I found the public rooms in the foyer and the dining room more spacious and welcoming.

Hotel staff...helpful and friendly.
Rooms clean , spacious and well serviced.
Food was over plentiful, well cooked , hot and of great variety without meals being repeated.
If I had just one small gripe it would be that we were often left waiting for a long while to be served whilst other groups who sat down after us were given priority, as was the food offered to them and us at breakfast.

Flights and flight times were perfect.
We all got through Manchester security in just over five minutes and those who needed fingerprint and eye recognition were done in about fifteen seconds each at Carcassonne on the way home. No long queues !
Coaches were on time and journeys easy.
Those who needed special arrangements were well satisfied.
So thank you very much for all your hard work and arrangements prior to our travelling.

Thanks as usual go to John who was in great form giving attention to every detail in caring for each and everyone in our party.
There were a number of first time visitors to Lourdes with us this year and like the rest of us they were immensely impressed with his knowledge and personal devotion to the shrine.
His planning, care and attention came through as ever in his professionalism and dedication both to your company and to all those he came into contact with.
He is a Top Ambassador for both Northern Star Travel and Lourdes.

The group are already talking about “Next Time.”
So thank you very much once again for everything.
