🍂 Where to go when: October

October is a fantastic month to travel, whether you’re looking for a short city break, some late sunshine or a bigger adventure further afield.

🇮🇪 Dublin – Perfect for an autumn city break. Explore the city’s historic streets, cosy pubs and fantastic food scene, with plenty of museums and attractions to discover whatever the weather.

🇲🇦 Marrakech – As the intense summer heat begins to ease, October is a wonderful time to explore the souks, palaces and gardens, dine on rooftop terraces and enjoy some Moroccan sunshine.

🇰🇭 Cambodia – October brings lush green landscapes as the rainy season draws towards its end, making it a rewarding time to explore the temples of Angkor, experience Phnom Penh and discover more of this fascinating country.

Three very different experiences, all with something special to offer at this time of year.

Rainbows still amaze me - this was the first time I’d seen a full double ended one and then I was lucky a few days later to see another. Another beautiful memory from Bhutan 🇧🇹

Some great news coming from Emirates this month as they announce the launch of the world's first electrically powered Premium Economy seat!

Debuting on the Airbus A350 the new Premium Economy cabin will have just 28 seats, each featuring a full-height adjustable privacy screen between each seat which customers can raise or lower effortlessly using the sea controls and lock it into position.

Seats are 20" wide seats with a pitch up to 39". Customers can also adjust their preferred seating position at the touch of a button and seats recline into a cradle position so they don't intrude on the row behind so that all customers can relax and sleep comfortably.

With extra enhancements like the U-Dream leather headrest, electric leather leg rest, wireless or USB-C charging and a tray table with integrated phone holder this is going to take Premium Economy travel to a whole new level!

One of the things that was so noticeable in Bhutan was how immaculate everywhere was - people really care about their environment. I love these rice paddy fields in Wangdue Phodrang we came across on the way to Punakha - perfect precision and alignment and the most vibrant green against the blue sky - simply beautiful 🇧🇹
