Do you know the different parts of the Kabah?
Each part of this sacred structure carries deep spiritual and historical meaning. Letโs explore them:
1๏ธโฃ Hajar al-Aswad (The Black Stone):
Located at the eastern corner where Tawaf begins and ends. Pilgrims aim to kiss or point to it each circuit.
2๏ธโฃ Al-Rukn al-Yamani (Yemeni Corner):
The corner before the Black Stone. The Prophet ๏ทบ touched it during Tawaf.
3๏ธโฃ Al-Multazam:
The space between the Black Stone and the Kabah door. A powerful spot for heartfelt duโas.
4๏ธโฃ Maqam Ibrahim:
The glass-protected stone where Prophet Ibrahim ุนููู ุงูุณูุงู
stood while building the Kabah. You pray 2 rakโahs here after Tawaf.
5๏ธโฃ Hateem (Hijr Ismail):
The semi-circular area outside the Kabah and a part of the original structure. Praying here is like praying inside the Kabah.
6๏ธโฃ Meezab al-Rahmah
A golden spout on the roof of the Kabah. it drains water from the top and symbolizes Allahโs mercy.
7๏ธโฃ Shadharwan:
The slanted marble base around the bottom of the Kabah. It was not part of the original structure, added for protection and rainwater flow.
8๏ธโฃ Musallah Jibreel (The Prayer Spot of Jibreel):
A spot near the Hatim believed to be where Angel Jibreel taught Prophet PBUH how to pray.
