ad I joined the FIRST Coeliacs Who Dine 'n' Dash event!

We started by meeting the group, chatting about life with coeliac disease and then warmed up! The run group went off and us walkers had a leisurely walk, chatting and walking through central London's beautiful scenery!

Of course! The main of the show was getting everyone to try BARHI for the first time! We had both the original and the spiced my personal favourite is the spiced but throughout the group there was a mixture of favourites!

A little glimpse from today’s tour 💚

4 people, lots of food, walking and hopefully a very happy bunch by the end of it 😂

I love seeing the tours from this perspective, not just the food, but everyone chatting, meeting new people and enjoying a few hours where they don’t have to worry about whether something is actually gluten free.
