One of my friends made these Canoas last night, based in my recipe for Sofrito, Picadillo (the minced beef filling) and the canoas itself. Doesn't it look great?

OMG! This is our homemade pizza. Hubby made a ham, gammon and sausage pizza. What did he use for the pizza sauce? My Peachy Keen BBQ sauce! It was Amazing!! I normally can't stand BBQ pizza! This has to happen again.

Ha! Topping the list (and the picture shown) in America's must-eat sandwiches? The Puerto Rican "Jibarito"!! And yes....I do make this sandwich! Carbs? What carbs? The "bread" is made from Plantain!

Pulled Puerto Rican pork and Peachy Keen BBQ sauce a success! I can't wait to start using this in the summertime! I even decided to add a secret ingredient to see what it would do and...YAY!!! Love it! I don't have pictures. It didn't last long enough for pictures :(

Woo Hoo! Food Experiment Today: Puerto Rican Roast Pork Shoulder in the Crockpot (Slow Cooker), then pulled and mixed in with Ana's "Peachy Keen" BBQ Sauce. Yep! I'm making a new BBQ Sauce!

I hope you are all ready for next Summer because I have to say my "Cinnamon & Spice" BBQ Sauce has been put on my burger today and it is soooo good! I think I can now move on to the next project!
