📍 Sandakan – Begin with an overnight stay at Four Points by Sheraton Sandakan, ready to start your wildlife adventure.
🐢 Selingan Island – Travel by boat to Turtle Island, where you can learn about green turtle conservation and, if you're lucky, witness turtles nesting, eggs being transferred to the hatchery and baby turtles being released into the sea. You'll stay overnight in an island chalet.
🦧 Sepilok & Kinabatangan River – Visit the Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre before heading into the rainforest for three nights at Borneo Nature Lodge. Enjoy morning and afternoon river cruises along the Kinabatangan River, looking out for proboscis monkeys, exotic birds and other rainforest wildlife.
🏙️ Sandakan City Tour – Explore local landmarks, including the Central Market, Sim-Sim Water Village and Puh Jih Syh Buddhist Temple, before flying to Kota Kinabalu.
🏖️ Kota Kinabalu – Finish your adventure with six nights at the 5* Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort in a Garden Room, the perfect place to unwind by the beach.
