The beach is always beautiful at Marazion. This was a lovely evening in October.

Took this picture in late March, sunset, from the beach to the east of the main beaches. It's dog friendly all year round. If you're walking to Perranuthnoe you can get along this beach and up the iron steps at the eastern end and join the Coast Path. Check the Tide Tables first though!

British Summer Time arrived and summer weather decided to show up as well. It was a perfect evening for a paddle off Marazion beach.

Now if only the Cornish weather would stay like this ALL season… 🤞

What's at the end of this rainbow? It's The Haven, Marazion, one late March afternoon as the rain eased. Just time for a lovely walk on the sandy beach before darkness fell.

After the storm on a Sunday afternoon in February the birds arrive to feed as the tide ebbs. We got the bird identification book out from the book shelf when we returned to The Haven to find out what we'd seen. Saffron bun in one hand, cup of tea in the other, and the multi fuel stove keeping us snug in the house.
