I truly believe that love, fulfillment (self and others) is the unifying force. From the age of 7 I was aware of and had experiences of different fields or dimensions of reality. And physical visions of people and places that superimpose themselves on my reality. So, I have always accepted that this is so - they exist.

Then, in trying to understand how I was able to see through and connect energetically (mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally) with people in my 20's when I was working in sales (a very useful skill) I realised that at the level of just sound, then light, there is a lot of information. covers this point in his book The Night Speaks.

Subsequently, I have spent 28 years finding ways to better understand, then teach, how at this microcosmic level, when we are simply light (enlightened), we possess abilities that far supersede those we are taught at school. That's me in a nutshell!

Can we really see the future? Professor Daryl Bem at Cornell University has carried out a series of nine precognition experiments.
In this remarkable five-year study, he showed that the future can affect what you experience in the past in surprising subconscious ways. It's called retrocausality—another hot topic in modern physics today.
The experiments show a significance of more than six standard deviations, which equals odds of more than a billion to one. The evidence is becoming convincing that precognition is the dominant phenomenon in all psychic functioning.

Blanke, Olaf. (Geneva University Hospital): An estimated 7 million people have reported hauntingly similar ”near-death” experiences. And the study in the British medical journal Lancet gives credence to such accounts, concluding they are valid.

How to clear blocks get unstuck: one of the things I do with Clients:

1. Pull up a mental image of yourself and be a reporter; detached, curious and methodical.
2. Eyes closed. In your mind's eye, see which areas of your body you're drawn to.
3. Breathe into those areas one at a time and note everything that you see, hear and feel. Don't censor yourself.

If you do this right, you'll see/hear/feel images and get impressions that will provide context and answers to your everyday challenges.

Connected Communication, as one of my clients called the process (rather than psychic reading) is all about a few simple steps, such as;
1. Speaking on the phone or face to face, imagine stepping out of your head and into your heart centre or chest area.
2. Fully focus on the other person and their voice. I take a deep breath and silence my mind first. It prepares me for a deeper level of listening.
3. Pay attention to the impact their voice is making on you, not so much the actual words. What emotions do you sense and feel? Does your body feel strong, wobbly? How is it responding to the conversation?
These are the key elements of listening, without filters or judgments, to what's really being said...
