There has been a recent update for passengers using hidden disability support at a number of Spanish airports.

⚠️ The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard issued in the UK is no longer accepted for access to Aena’s dedicated assistance security channels.

Instead, travellers can request an Invisible Disability Badge from Aena before they fly. 💙♿

🔹 Benefits of the Invisible Disability Badge:

✔️ Access to dedicated assistance security lanes where available
✔️ Additional support when passing through standard security checkpoints
✔️ Helps airport staff recognise and assist passengers with non-visible disabilities
✔️ One badge can cover an entire family or travelling group

Important information:

❌ The badge is not a Fast Track pass
❌ Security procedures still apply to all passengers
📅 The badge is only valid for the specific journey and date requested
