I’ve just got to tell you all …

My beautiful horses got out, today, not sure how. They ended up in the next-door field (owned by John Dunford who has the woodyard at Honey Street), who kindly rang me earlier this morning. So, I arranged to go and collect them. With that, I rang my groom (as I couldn't move all three of them on my own). But here’s the magic; as I drove down to the field (to meet my groom), what did I see???!!! My three wonderful horses, walking home on their own—no-one with them. They had somehow managed to find a gap and began their way back—I was in tears, as was my groom! These horses could have gone anywhere, but instead, they nonchalantly wandered back, where we gave them water and lots of hugs; and they just reacted like nothing had happened!! Wow, I’m so proud that my animals came home to mum. 💝🐴💝

"Our 3 night trip to Wiltshire was a very special experience. There is no other place in the country where you can drive your own horse down country lanes and experience the world at a slower pace. We took our three children (5,4,2) and despite the caravan being small it was well kitted out, and everyone slept pretty well considering. We benefited from our children all being very used to horses. The route is planned meticulously with an eye to safety and making it a relaxing experience and the horses are AMAZING and well cared for. If you are looking for a unique experience and are someone who is used to being with horses, have an adventurous spirit and can just roll with it - this is the holiday for you. It is not 5 star Glamping, it's more akin to camping, but it is a truly unique experience that Polly has been offering for decades that is very special and will stay in my and the kids memories forever".
