Matlock is opening up again. Hall Leys Park is a lovely spot in the centre of town.

In a sign of normality returning to everyday life in Matlock, boat and train rides whirred back into action at Hall Leys Park this week - complete with new electric engines.

The perfect tiny holiday cottage on the edge of the beautiful Peak District.

The accommodation consists of a studio apartment with kitchenette, dining/sitting area and ensuite shower room. There is private decking for the use of the cottage with a table and chairs for indoor or outdoor use. There is also a lower paved area where the hot tub is situated with a table and chairs for sitting or dining.

The garden or decking look out on a beautiful view of the hillside with Riber Castle on the horizon. You can sit outside and enjoy a meal or glass of wine during the day or watch the sun go down in the evening. The decking has pretty solar lights for a romantic setting.

Dwaradin has broadband and a smart TV with complimentary Netflix. The TV is on a swivel bracket so you can watch from the sofa or the bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer.

Dwaradin also, surprisingly for a small space, boasts a king size bed. The shower room is equipped with electric shower, corner washbasin and toilet.
