Stage 2 and 3 of gate-gate. The lovely David has made an exceptional new gate reusing the old and wonky handmade hinge fittings and scribing the gate to fit the uneven stone gatepost.

When the tool-competent person in the house makes a temporary gate while the original is removed for refurbishment. I think it's rather lovely!
