Dog Friendly Walks 🐾🐶🚶‍♀️

At Eye Kettleby Lakes, we are well known for being a dog friendly site!

There are plenty of walking routes around the site, alternatively there are many lovely spots nearby:

Melton Country Park - 4.8 Miles - LE13 1HP 🐾

There are two dog agility trails within the Melton Country Park. These were designed, funded and installed by Mars. They provide a great form of exercise for your four-legged friend and a fun and engaging way to try out a variety of obstacles.

Burrough Hill - 4.7 Miles - LE14 2QZ 🐾

A well-preserved Iron Age Hill fort crowning a steep-sided promontory, offering superb views from its grassy top, across arable land and villages beyond.

Bradgate Park- 15.3 Miles- LE6 0HB 🐾

The Park offers a wild and rugged landscape with dramatic rocky outcrops and gnarled old oak trees, many of which are well over 500 years old. The landscape offers some of the finest views and is rich in change throughout the seasons.

Rutland Water- 17.2 Miles- LE15 8BL 🐾

Enjoy the breathtaking backdrop of Rutland Water all year round by exploring the 22.1 miles of trails around the reservoir. Whether you’re looking for long circular walking and cycling routes, shorter linear walks ideal for wheelchair and pushchair access, or somewhere to walk your dogs, they've got walking trails at Rutland for everyone to enjoy.
