You will by now have all seen the recent posts from Ben explaining he was selling the business.

We are happy to announce that we Tenby Taxis are the proud new owners and the business has transitioned across but will still operate as Haven Airport Transfers.

At Haven Airport Transfers it will be business as usual continuing the excellent standards set by Ben for many years.

🛫 What you can expect 🛫

👉All bookings for this year and 2025 are safe

👉Everyone will be contacted at least a week prior to departure to confirm pickup times etc.

👉Going forward we will operate the same way you’ve become accustomed to, improving where possible.

👉The business transfers into a much larger business with a fleet of 22 vehicles, with a mixture of -

This allows us to give a much more extensive service and not limited on availability for your bookings meaning your holiday goes ahead with no complications.

👉I'm not really but two point that keep cropping up, one I keep getting customers phoning me when I'm driving to place a booking and even though I tell them I'm driving they are giving me their transfer details, I cant drive & write things down. Please note I won't except a booking over the phone anyway 🤷. Text, WhatsApp, email or Facebook messenger.

Secondly- once again I am seeing an increase in SOME customers giving the wrong details, dates,, times, terminal etc ( this is why I like EVERYTHING in writing) I believe we give a world 🌎 class service, but if you don't know when you are travelling or what you require. ✈️I have just got back from Southampton and apart from one more transfer tommorw, that's the end of YET, another manic week. We have had it all this week, delayed planes🤦‍♂️ cancelled planes🤦‍♂️Road works🤦‍♂️ and of course computer problems 😅.
