JUST GLORIOUS
Haverigg dunes. Have you been?

Yesterday we explored and surveyed the dunes of Haverigg. Some of the tallest, sandiest hills in Cumbria and a site which holds huge potential for Natterjack toads.

We will be working to restore some of the dunes slacks which have overgrown with willow and scrub to allow better breeding areas for the natterjacks that live there. We will be looking for local volunteers to get involved throughout the project. Stay tuned!
