From the window of the flat you can take in fantastic views over the Firth of Clyde to Paddy's Milestone (Ailsa Craig) and beyond to the Heads of Ayr. Perfect getaway for writers & artists. Desk-top easel, canvas's & paints are in the flat as well as coloured felt pens for rock painting. There is no TV but there is superfast broadband, books, games and an amazing window! Nice dugs are always welcome ! Only 10.5 miles in circumference, the island is relatively flat and ideal for cycling or walking round. Bike hire (incl electric bikes) is available. There are three bike hire shops. Cross the road from Croc Rock Apartment and relax on a bench amongst the palm trees whilst watching the seabirds flit between the pink sands of Newton Beach and the two small islands just a stones throw away. Crock Rock Studio Apartment is perfectly positioned as it is close to the Tavern Bar which boasts a lovely beer garden, the only Chinese restaurant, an upmarket fish n'chip shop and Webbs Newsagents/ grocers.
