This may not have happened to you, but it does happen.

You need to get away and finally find the perfect holiday. You go to book it only to find that your passport has either expired, doesn't have enough months left on it, or is due to expire but you've left it too late and your only option is to spend a lot of money on a fast track application.

But once you have booked a holiday with me that will never happen again. Did you know that I keep an eye on when passports are due to expire and 9 months beforehand I will email you to remind you? This gives you plenty of time to get a new one even if your next destination requires 6 months left on it.

Yesterday I emailed a client to let her know about her passport expiring and this morning I received an email from her.
