Portofino is one of the Italian Riviera's most iconic destinations and needs little introduction. Once a small fishing village, it has evolved into an elegant, exclusive resort town known for its picturesque harbour, colourful waterfront and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
Today, the harbour is often home to luxury yachts, while the pedestrianised streets are lined with cafés, stylish restaurants and chic designer boutiques. Despite its reputation for glamour, Portofino retains much of the charm that first made it famous.
