FOR SALE: Shepherds Hut (NP25 5NG) becoming available to buy and remove at the start of July 2026. It’s been a good little Airbnb earner for us over the last few years bringing in up to £16,000 pa for 1-3 changeovers per week. Planning was required to install it. A pre-app will let you know if it is viable in your location. We’ve had it plumbed in to its own septic tank / electricity supply. Contents possibly available too.

This June, Skylark Hut is 2 years old… lots of lovely guests have enjoyed a stay. Don’t want to tempt fate, but of 83 reviews, not a single guest had anything negative to say about their stay! 😱

The summer is pretty much fully booked now, but there are a few gaps in August and plenty in September 🙂
