We are literally leaving everything in the hope that a family, or suitable business, can benefit from our sons legacy.

For any interested families (or businesses, Hospice homes, etc) looking to purchase a holiday home.

Unfortunately our little boy passed away in June, with Mum, Dad and his younger brother with him at his bedside.

As a result we find it impossible to even contemplate using this nearly new Static again. It is with a heavy heart that we feel it impossible not to put it up for sale in the very near future. All disability equipment & adaptions, furniture etc will be part of the sale. This will include all fixtures & fittings (TV's, DVD Players, Ring camera....everything).
Ground fees will be paid for in January for 1yr, hopefully at the same time as the sale (subject to our boys probate being finalised at around this time).

I took a drive up to our holiday home at Parkdean resort, Morecambe, just to make sure everything was perfect for our next guests. Thankfully the weather today is better than it was yesterday. Small pooches looked like drowned rats, and the owners didn't look best pleased either! The great British summer eh! 🤔
