Hi all,

Due to personal reasons I have decided to sell my holiday chalet in Mundesley in Norfolk. It has been used as a rental for friends and family etc, as we have our own one on the same site.

It's on a lovely quiet site, with an unusually low Ground Rent of approximately £400 per year. It's been refurbished throughout, so it all still looks fresh and new.

It's a 10 minute walk to the beautiful 8 mile beach, 5 mins from the village and shops, and a few minutes walk to the 18 hole golf course.

There are lots of lovely walks, and it's only a short drive to Cromer, Sheringham and Wroxham.

Good morning everyone.

Our chalet has re-opened for the season and is waiting for some guests to come in and enjoy its homely surroundings.😊

So take a look at our pics and have a read of the reviews.

We have reviewed our prices and tried to keep them similar to last year. We are fully aware how much things are costing these days, and have made the decision to try and help our guests a little by reducing the summer price slightly.

Our prices for a week, are as follows:

☆ 27th April to 31st May - £490
☆ 1st June to 12th July - £525
☆ 13th July to 31st Aug - £686
☆ 1st Sep to 30th Sep - £525

We can do a minimum of 4 nights, except through the peak of summer. Arrival/leaving day is generally a Saturday, however, this may be flexible, dependant on bookings.
We require a Security Deposit of £150, which will be refunded within 4/5 days of your holiday ending.

We will do our utmost to accommodate any alternative dates/times if it is possible, so please ask. If you don't ask, you won't know.😊

Some dates have already gone, so don't hang around.

Mundesley is a beautiful place to visit with its lovely beaches and endless walks, plenty for the kids, its not far from the Norfolk Broads for a boat hire, plus it has an 18 hole golf course on its door step. It's a great base to spend time visiting surrounding Norfolk and its Halls, Gardens and Railways. ☀️🏖⛳️🚂🚲🛶🎠

Once again, another beautiful day with stunning views from the clifftop.
We love going for walks in and around this village (Mundesley) and never tire of the lovely views we get to see.

Is this the kind of place you think you could put up with?!😉 We still have a small amount of availability left in our holiday chalet, so just pop me a message and you could be experiencing this little bit of heaven too. 🏖

We have just come back from a few days at our favourite place...Mundesley in Nth Norfolk.

We stayed in our own chalet, but have another on the same site that we rent out.
