Hi Micks Taxis now accept card payments

Due to high demand micks taxis are increasing hours on a trial basis to now cover evenings. Due to only being a trial for now no permanent bookings will be taking and jobs can only be booked in for the week commencing from a Monday and is on a first come first served basis. We thank you for your continued support and hope all are keeping safe during these difficult times.

As of today passengers are required to wear a mask in a Taxi or Private Hire vehicle, those who don't could be fined £200 for a first offence.

Drivers are not required to wear a mask except on DCC (SCHOOL) contracts.

Children 11 and under are exempt.

If a passenger has a disability, medical condition or other condition which causes anxiety or breathing problems they are exempt and must advise this when phoning your taxi or to the driver.

We understood they are uncomfortable but it’s government rules not ours please understand

As of Monday 27/July/2020 our hours will be increasing slightly our new hours will be

Monday -Friday 6:30AM - 8:30PM
Saturday- Sunday 6:30AM - 5:00PM

As of this Sunday 14th June we will be increasing our availability. From sunday we will be back running 7 days a week but still with reduced hours. Monday - Sunday hours will be 7am - 5pm. We thank you for all your kind messages and support through these difficult times and we hope your all safe.

Following the governments latest advice we have decided to start running again as of tomorrow but with reduced staff and times. As of tomorrow we will be running from 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday only. We ask you only use the taxi for Essencial travel and we will be only carrying 2 passengers which we request they sit in the rear of the taxi. I understand this will not suit everyone but please understand this is a difficult time for everyone and hope to be back running as normal as soon as we can. Please book in advance where possible
