Our beautiful, modern lodge has been constructed to residential standards and offers you luxury accommodation in a quiet yet convenient setting. The spacious layout has two en-suite bedrooms, sleeping four people - but it’s also ideal just for two! The living space is light and airy with tall windows. r. In the dining area there is an extending table and four chairs. From here bi-fold doors open out onto the raised deck which has patio furniture. The kitchen space is carefully planned and includes a host of integrated appliances: electric oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, separate wine cooler, dishwasher and washing machine. There’s also a microwave, toaster, kettle and cafetiere. In the master bedroom there are useful lockers above the king sized bed, bedside drawers and a walk-in wardrobe area with lots of hanging space. The en-suite shower room has a large shower cubicle, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a double bed with lockers above, bedside cabinets and a double wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom featuring a full sized bath with shower over, WC and hand basin. Both bedrooms have hairdryers. The beds are hotel quality and super comfortable. All bed linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for the beach. Sorry but due to family allergies, we do NOT accept pets & the lodge is strictly non-smoking.

We’re taking a seat on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (to sit on the other side of the bar) from now on until September, handing the reins over to .streetfood & and some fabulous guests 😏

Please note that we will NOT be serving ANY food during those days but open as normal from 9:30am for plenty of ☕️🍹🍺🧃

We hope you enjoyed our first food pop up night last Thursday and to those who missed out, you now can enjoy lots of music, lush weather (fingers crossed) & an array of delicious street food each week! What more can you ask for! 🤩

Tomorrow .streetfood are back from 4pm & Wednesday will be cooking up an Indian feast from 5pm 😍

Tuesday 9th of June will be bringing out the pizza oven 😜 🍕

Quality food does take time to prepare, so please be patient 😏👌🏻& enjoy our spectacular views (with plenty of drinks in hand).

This beautiful spot in Wales has been named the best 'seaside town in the UK' - and it's not hard to see why 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️

With its 'most gorgeous beach of any British seaside resort' and 'exceptional views", Saundersfoot has been crowned top of the list for Time Out's 16 best UK seaside towns to visit this year.

The Pembrokeshire gem has been praised by the website for being an "energetic village" and having one of the country's "best looking beaches."

It said: "In the height of summer, Saundersfoot’s compact parade of surf shops, bistros and pubs is constantly abuzz," adding: "I would also argue that Saundersfoot has one of the most gorgeous beaches of any British seaside resort.

"The blonde (Blue Flag-designated) stretch directly in front of the village is where most visitors hang, but a short stroll east brings you to the slightly quieter Coppet Hall Beach, framed by rock pools and tree-covered headlands."

Tucked between towering cliffs, where the land suddenly gives way to the restless sea, there’s a tiny chapel that feels like it’s been carved straight out of the rock itself.

You make your way down a steep set of steps, with the sound of waves crashing below getting louder with every step, and then suddenly, there it is, quiet, hidden, and almost timeless.

It’s one of those places that feels peaceful and powerful all at once.

Tucked deep within a jagged fissure of the Castlemartin cliffs, St Govan’s Chapel feels less like a man made structure and more like a secret whispered by the earth itself. It’s astonishing to see that 13th Century limestone walls still stand firm, weathering the ceaseless spray of the Atlantic and the winds that batter this rugged coastline. Here, the line between nature and human history blurs completely, creating a space that feels almost otherworldly.

There’s a haunting stillness to this place. Legend has it that the cliffs opened to shield St Govan from marauding pirates, and later the chapel was built into the very gap that saved him. Standing on that jagged precipice, it’s impossible not to feel that the rocks themselves are guardians of something ancient and sacred. The towering limestone cliffs dwarf the chapel, turning it into a small, defiant sanctuary caught between the windswept plateau and the churning sea.

What makes this view so mesmerizing is the dramatic contrast. Above, the headland stretches calm and flat, below, the cliffs plunge violently, spilling a chaotic cascade of boulders into the sea. It’s a vivid reminder that while empires rise and crumble, these stones have silently witnessed the tide rolling in for centuries.
