ITINERARY
๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ: Depart South Wales and travel to the Preston International Hotel for our overnight stay.
๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ: Leave Preston and travel into Scotland before arriving at the Salutation Hotel in Perth.
๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ: ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฒ & ๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐. After breakfast we make our way to Dundee on the east coast of Scotland. First, we embark on an intrepid voyage through time at Discovery Point. Explore the pioneering Royal Research Ship Discovery and uncover the stories of her illustrious past, from her beginnings in the shipyards of Dundee and her legendary Antarctic expedition of 1901 under Captain Scott. The remainder of the day is at leisure in Dundee. Often called Scotlandโs โCity of Discovery,โ Dundee offers visitors a unique blend of history, innovation, and stunning waterfront views.

With your kilted Safari Ranger, and armed with cameras and binoculars, climb aboard your off-road Land Rover vehicle and travel through forests, mountains, and moors on private hill tracks. You may even be lucky enough to see the Majestic Red Deer, the Famous Grouse, the elusive Mountain Hare, or the soaring Golden Eagle. On our return, after some free time in the cafรฉ and shop, we come face to face with Britainโs largest native land mammal โ the majestic Red Deer. Included in the experience you will also meet the resident Barn Owls - Ossian and Tay. Enjoy a live flight demonstration and have fun learning the secrets of these captivating phantom birds of the night.
๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฑ: ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต. Today is free in Perth. Known as 'the Fair City' after the novel by Sir Walter Scott, thanks to its picturesque backdrop on the banks on the River Tay. Stroll through the beautifully landscaped North Inch and South Inch parks or enjoy a relaxing riverside walk with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Perth city centre is the home of independent shopping in Scotland, with over 120 high quality, family-owned businesses all within easy reach and Perth Museum, a world-class cultural and heritage attraction. At the museumโs heart sits the Stone of Destiny, also known as the Stone of Scone, one of Scotland and the UKโs most significant historical objects.
