The dining room is a delightful double aspect room with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams & chimney breast with doors opening onto the gardens with views over the lake. The sitting room leads through to the games room which opens out onto the garden. The games room includes a home cinema, complete with tiered seating, pool table and card table. To the rear of the property is an L-shaped conservatory/atrium with double doors opening onto a decked terrace & stairs to the first floor.
