Thank you to the staff in for letting this nosy tour guide in to have a look around and ask questions. Formerly the Gents toilets on Bigg Market, now a lovely little cocktail bar with some remaining features of it's original use.

So if you need refreshment after a tour of Newcastle you could maybe go to this bar and support a local business.

Throughout the current cost of living crisis I have kept my pricing the same for tours in an attempt to continue to offer great value. However despite my business growing, with bookings increasing 27% this last year, I am actually worse off despite working that much more.

Sadly it is time now for the prices to increase, and from January 1st an adult ticket booked directly with me at redbeardtours.co.uk will increase (by £4) to £24 per person, and a child ticket goes up (by £2) to £12.

Trip Advisor bookings will continue to pay a higher price due the daylight robbery they call fees which I have to pass on.

I still think this is offering great value for the tour I provide, especially if booked directly. The best value of course is to book at source!

In other news, I will be taking a break from December 20th until January 6th, and bookings slots will become available for the New Year over the next couple of days.

I had a proud moment this morning when I saw that my 5* reviews have now exceeded 300!

I excitedly told about it, but she didn't seem interested. She just walked out of the room!

I'm a little behind at responding to reviews, but I promise I will. I appreciate every review I get from my customers so thank you to everyone who has taken a tour, and extra thanks to those of you who got me to this point!
