Second day back at work after the summer and I got to spend it on board Ambassador Cruise Line's Ambition 😍

I've been waiting to get on one of their ships for a while - the tours book up super fast!

Ambassador focuses on affordable luxury cruises, and the ship was absolutely beautiful. It was really bright and modern as you stepped on board. There were plenty of bars and restaurants, all with different vibes, so you could chill out in a quiet bar or enjoy the entertainment in the onboard theatre or Cavern club. The cabins were really well-designed and surprisingly spacious. They felt really bright too, even the inside cabins!

I was also lucky enough to sample some of the food on board with a 5-course lunch (yes, I spent all last night lying on the sofa complaining about how full I was 😂), and it was all amazing. I could have had 10 plates of the mezze starter and been happy enough 😂.

They're a pretty small cruise line with three ships. Ambience is based in Tilbury (Essex), and they have Renaissance based in the Caribbean. Ambition sails out of the regional ports around the UK. There's only one sailing left out of Newcastle this September, and then it won't be back until next summer - but summer 2027 and 2028 are now on sale!

They offer some great short cruises, which are perfect if you've never cruised before. They also have longer cruises all the way up to 17 nights from Newcastle. Ambassador is also trialing coach transport to other ports, so if you fancy a cruise and they don't have the dates from Newcastle, we can still get you there!

And just like that, summer 2026 is done ✅

Heatwaves, train rides, walks, beach days, ice creams, cricket matches, weekends away and of course lots of football!!!

I always say summer is my quietest time but I've been kept on my toes this year - busiest summer yet and I am hugely greatful!

Thank you Visit Malta for the invitation to watch Newcastle United take on Bayern Leverkusen yesterday! And we got to enjoy the match from the comfort of the Wings Hospitality Suite 😍

The food and company was amazing - shame about the result though 🫣

Super grateful that I got to experience such a lovely day with my little dude too 💙

Happy holidays everyone, we've made it to the summer!

I hope you all have some lovely things planned for the holidays. I'll be around for most of the summer, but I will be working around this gorgeous face and enjoying some days out.
