Sailing Aboard Regal Princess

MS Regal Princess is a Princess Cruises vessel, which was debuted in 2014. She is a Royal-class cruise ship with one sister ship, the Royal Princess, both of which was ordered to be built in 2010. She was built in the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, and was handed over to Princess Cruises during a ceremony at the shipyard. The ceremony was a really glitzy affair, attended by the President of Princess Cruises, Jan Swartz, and the Prime Minister of Italy, Matteo Renzi.

Her pre-inaugural cruise was on 20 May 2014 from Trieste, Italy to Kotor, Montenegro, and her maiden voyage departed Venice, Italy on 20 May 2014. She's a very elegant vessel, with the perfect balance between fun and refinement. The decor is stylishly comfortable with warm tones mixed in with wood and marble elements.
