Being a Kiwi myself and trying the coffee today The Roasting Room Newquay I just had a feeling that whoever the owner was must have been influenced by coffee in ! And so it was! After reading their back story it looks like Olly Jones spent some time out in Raglan in NZ! Its so amazing to see a passion project turn into a reality and to taste high-quality, sustainably produced, delicious coffee ❤️👏👏👏

Bredon Court occupies a desirable and central location within Newquay. The apartments have stunning sea views to Fistral Bay and the headland while Newquay Golf Course is literally on your doorstep. The harbour and town centre of Newquay are within a short walk.

A first floor apartment, with 2 bedrooms, one double with ensuite, and 2 single beds (however the single beds zip together to become a very large King size). It also has a large family bathroom with a bath/shower and open plan living room with a kitchen(doors shut to the kitchen if you prefer)

With stunning views from inside the flat and from the balcony. These views stretch past Newquay Golf Course, down to Fistral Beach and out to sea.

The contemporary stylish interior runs throughout the property and comes fully equipped with all the home comforts. The decked balcony is the perfect location for dining al fresco as the sun sets over the dramatic coastline.

Newquay’s premier surfing beach, Fistral, is just a short stroll from your doorstep whilst the Gannel Estuary is also nearby and offers fantastic walks along the breathtaking Atlantic coast and is ideal for fishing, bird watching, picnicking or simply relaxing.

Whilst in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the South West, Newquay Golf Course, which is located right next to Bredon Court.

Newquay is also an ideal base for exploring the rest of Cornwall by car with both north and south coast attractions, such as the Eden Project, within an hour’s drive.

After an exhausting day of surfing or exploring, it’s time to satisfy the taste buds and with an excellent choice of food on offer, from beach front cafes to continental style brassieres, there really are gastronomic options to suit all occasions and tastes.
