Our 3 bed Holiday Home is situated in the Paddock area of Newquay Holiday Park which is a perfect location for any type of Holiday stay. This comfortable caravan includes plenty of room for 8 people with a spacious Living Room and open plan Kitchen/Dining area. The Contemporary Central Lounge is an unusual feature which adds to the comfort but also means that there is extra room if the pull out be

d is required turning it into a nice sized 2nd Double Bedroom. With the Master Bedroom having an En-Suite Shower Room it means that there are Bedrooms and Bathrooms at either end of the Holiday Home. Also there is a Utility Cupboard which contains a Washing Machine should you require it along with many other useful items including an Iron and Ironing Board, Hairdryer, Vacuum and Mop and Bucket. There are Parking Bays at the end of the path leading to the Holiday Home but please do not park on the grass adjacent to it. Passes are not included but are available from reception. These will be needed to enter the main clubhouse and facilities and to use the swimming pools

This comfortable Lodge at Newquay Holiday Park, includes plenty of room for 6 guests and offers a spacious living room & open plan kitchen/dining area which has an integrated larder fridge/freezer & dishwasher

The wider lounge, which adds to the comfort, also means that there is extra room if the pull-out bed is required, turning it into a nice sized second double bedroom. Along with the kitchen/dining area there is ample space for meal times or just chilling with a take away
With the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room, walk in wardrobe & tv it means that there is plenty of storage space for all your holiday needs. The 2nd bedroom comes with 2 full size single beds that can also be pushed together to make a third double bedroom if required & a small tv for the rainy days!!
This lodge also has a utility cupboard, which contains an iron, Ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum, mop and bucket.
There is also outside storage with a washing machine & extra freezer if required

Outside there is gated wrap around decking which is South facing and has the sun all day & has plenty of furniture for relaxing

Bed linen is included in our rental cost and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
