Looking for a September break in Cornwall, then take a look at our new luxury 6 berth caravan, situated on Newperran Holiday Resort near Perranporth. The caravan is like a home from home, dishwasher, washing machine, ensuite facilities in the master bedroom which has a King size bed. You have Wifi, games and books, central heating, large TV with Netflix everything you would want to make your stay special. You have access to the indoor heated swimming pool, bar and restaurant.

We are now taking bookings from Saturday 6th September onwards, so if you are looking for an autumnal holiday, long weekend or short break then look no further. Cornwall in the autumn is ideal for exploring beaches, coastal paths and the charming towns and villages. You can also go surfing in the relatively warm sea and good waves 🏄

You will be stopping in out new luxury 6 berth caravan, which has a king size bed in the master bedroom along with its own on-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, 2 furthers bedrooms, a larger lounge area, and a splendid kitchen, with built in dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside there is a larger decking area with seating to enjoy the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine or two 🍷🍷

⭐We are proud to announce the arrival of our new larger Caravan coming soon⭐.
☀️We are taking bookings from Monday 1st September 2025 and we are also taking bookings for 2026☀️

Julie and I wanted to be able to offer our guests new and returning, a more luxury stay.

Our Caravan now has a larger living area, with a 50" Smart TV, DVD Player and Netflix. The kitchen/dining area is larger too, now with built in fridge freezer, Washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a built in microwave.

There's more too, the 2 x Single bedrooms are larger with more space between the beds and there is a bathroom with WC and shower.

The luxury continues in to the master bedroom, which now has a KING SIZE bed, more space around the bed, dressing table with room to dress in the bedroom.
And to add to this, the master bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom with WC, basin and shower.

We have moved to a different plot too, We are no longer near the main road, our new plot is on Holywell View, the sites new area, which is quiet and peaceful. The caravan does have some far reaching sea views, nearer to the club house, swimming pool and child's play area.
