33 Rocklands is part of a development of 36 Apartments and 2 Penthouses overlooking the stunning Tolcarne Beach in Newquay. The view from our apartment across the bay is one of the best in the area, whether you are enjoying an evening drink whilst catching the sunset on a summers evening or watching the storm waves rolling in on a winters night you can do it from the comfort of the sofa or the bal

cony. All floors have marmol tiles and thermostatically controlled underfloor heating. The kitchen has black quartz worktops and ceramic hob, glass chimney hood, cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is an allocated parking space in the basement car park where you will also find our surf storage locker and humidity controlled showers to wash away the sand. We have tried to provide everything you require to make your stay as stress free and homely as possible. However should you have any questions during your stay we have dedicated on site support. Not only does Newquay have some of the best views in the country, it has some of the best nightlife too. Some seriously good, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and clubs are just round the corner. Sorry but no pets are allowed in the Rocklands building. We love it here and hope that you will too.
