☀️ One of our favourite walks, Polly Joke. It’s a pretty sandy beach cove along the south west coast path and just a 5 minute drive from the park ☀️

🥾 We like to walk over Cubert Common and on the woodland footpath down to Polly Joke, you can also join the coast path and walk onto Holywell or to Crantock 🥾

🐾 The beach is dog friendly all year round and the poppies are just starting to bloom 🐾🏝️🥀

🪷 Watergate is located in the quietest area of the park. It’s right at the bottom of the park on a circular road with no through traffic. The caravan overlooks a large pond and is south facing with a large secure decking 🪷

⭐️ Open plan living with a Lounge, Kitchen and Dining area leading to a spacious south facing decking. 2 Bedrooms and a Bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a stunning En-suite with a rainfall shower, separate bath and fitted twin vanity basins ⭐️

🌊 A stunning place on the North Coast of Cornwall, close to some amazing sandy beaches Crantock, Polly Joke, Holywell Bay, Fistral, Newquay, Watergate Bay and Perranporth. 🌊

🏄‍♀️ Newquay, a favourite seaside town is less than 3 miles away, with an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants and sandy beaches. 🏄‍♀️

🐶 We are dog friendly and so are all the local beaches, which can be accessed by the spectacular South West Coast Path. 🐶
