What a week we've had exploring all corners of Cornwall with Angie and her group from Bavaria. We couldn't have asked for better weather or better company! We first showed Angie around Cornwall back in 2014, and it's so nice to find new locations for the group every year! Back to Heathow tomorrow and then on with the busy season ahead!!

A last burst of summer sunshine here in Cornwall this week. We are running a 5 day hiking tour and couldn't have asked for better weather!
We started the business with walking tours back in 2000, and Cornwall still surprises and amazes me with it's huge variety of landscapes and habitats. With over 350 miles of coastline, the moors, estuaries and woodlands there are few better places in Britain for a walking tour. We can build you a bespoke private walking holiday to fit with your interests and abilities, with no big groups and your own tour guide, you can fix the pace!

We had a great day yesterday visiting East Pool mine, Botallack and Geevor. Cornwall's rich mining heritage is worthy of it's UNESCO status. There are over 3000 derelict mining sites in Cornwall, 1000s of miles of disused mining tunnels under our feet everyday!
It's not often we get to spend a full day enjoying the fascinating history and spectacular landscapes left behind by this Cornish legacy.
I'll be putting together a few new tours this winter, and this will definitely be one of them.

Here's a few highlights from a busy July, another record breaking month for us. Finally we are getting some good summer weather, just in time for the British school holidays. Thank you to all our lovely guests this year so far, and well done to Steve, Duncan and Pat for keeping up and getting great reviews!!
September is very nearly fully booked, but we still have openings in October. Don't forget if you book this year for next season you get this year's prices!

We've had an incredibly busy start to the season, and we finally saw some spring sunshine! The gardens are still in full bloom, and the wildflowers in the hedgerows and on the cliffs are amazing as usual!

Due to high demand we are looking for an additional tour guide for the 2024 season. Candidates will be self employed and must have a good knowledge of Cornwall, a keen interest in history and wildlife and be happy to work flexible hours between April and October. You will need to get a suitable private hire vehicle and license.
Training will be given and your office will be the most beautiful parts of Cornwall everyday! 😉
