Here’s Ash having a good roll at our lunch stop just past our half way mark. Bring your horse to Dartmoor. One-day riding experience, or 2 or 3 days. You choose. Solo riders or two friend together at my home. Or larger groups can rent the the 2 or the 3 bedroom cottages. DM for details

And there we are, accoss the moor to our beloved pub stop for a pint and cheesy chips. Both horses in tcs for our long moorland rides. We’re so lucky to have this wonderful pub that are so good to us letting our horses munch the grass while we sip our pints. Horses, long rides and a pint- what’s not to love!

The bluebells are out in full force and the horses are feeling spicy on spring grass

Yesterday when I left the yard at nearly 6pm, there was still some light. Today on the moors the sun shone and we saw spring well and truly here. Yes, I know it could well snow next week, but for now, we bathe in glorious Dartmoor.
