We loved our week at Drumwherry by the Sea.It’s the perfect property for a week away from it all.It has lovely beach and costal walks right on the doorstep, with easy access to all that the Machars Peninsula has to offer.The property itself is clean, modern and comfortable.We would be happy to recommend and revisit Drumwherry by the Sea.

Had a wonderful peaceful relaxing holiday at Drumwherry by the sea. Everything that is needed is in the cottage. A short walk and you reach a path that leads you to the shore line and the views are amazing.

For any holiday lets in D&G I have plenty of workshop brochures and week day workshop availability for tourists, holiday makers & locals - weekend classes are fairly full ☀️ 🔨 💍

We are delighted to announce that 79 clubs from four continents have registered to take part in Stranraer SkiffieWorlds 2025!

Which means this year's SkiffieWorlds will be the largest gathering of St Ayles coastal rowing boats - ever.

There is LOTS more news to come, but for the time being we simply wanted to say thank you to all the rowers who will be taking part. We are so very much looking forward to welcoming you to Stranraer and Loch Ryan.
