Zip & link beds ready to go up to the cottage to replace the twins. Already dreading getting them up the stairs 🥵 and our house is back to looking like a storage facility. How did you spend your bank holiday? 🤣

After the rain interrupted our BBQ plans we had a lovely afternoon feeding the deer at The Red Deer Range, which is a less than 15mins forest drive from the cottage.

Next time we'll take more heavier food options to reach the ones at the back before the greedy ones 🤣💚

Yesterday was a long and busy one prepping some more welcome packs, with Charlie's help pinching our furry guest's Sir Woofchester's treats 🤣

Will be taking these up with us for our upcoming very short stay and I can't wait to be back in my happy place 🥰

We are nearly full for this year now and are so so grateful to you all for supporting us 🙏🏻

We have 3 nights left at the end of September during Wigtown Book Festival

and due to a cancellation we now have a week from 17th October which will be half term for some of you.

There is then 1 week from 9th Nov and just over 2 weeks from 6th December.

As always if we get any cancellations we will post them on here 💚

We have just received this photo of our cottage from around 1904. So interesting to see, it doesn't look like it had an upstairs back then and there were no garden walls, just trees and greenery 😍
